Scranton Preparatory School, generally known as Scranton Prep, is a private, Jesuit, college-preparatory school in Scranton, Pennsylvania, United States. Founded in 1888 by the Society of Jesus, Scranton Prep enrolls approximately 780 students in grades 9–12 and employs approximately 123 faculty members. Along with Wyoming Seminary and Holy Redeemer High School, Scranton Prep is one of three private, Catholic high schools in the Scranton area.

Scranton Prep's campus is located in the Hill Section of Scranton, Pennsylvania, and occupies 55 wooded acres with athletic fields, tennis courts, a chapel, and a state-of-the-art science wing, which opened in 2008. The school's main building is constructed of brick and limestone and features a clock tower that is a prominent landmark in the city of Scranton.
