NCEL (National Center for Early Literacy) is a 501 (C) 3 non-profit organization that works in partnership with states, counties, cities, school districts, and a diverse range of early learning organizations to design, implement, and evaluate affordable, effective, and equitable early literacy programs at scale. NCEL is a leader in the development and implementation of research-based interventions that build young children's pre-reading skills.
