KATV, virtual channel 7 (UHF digital channel 29), is an ABC-affiliated television station licensed to Little Rock, Arkansas, United States. The station is owned by Sinclair Broadcast Group, as part of a duopoly with CW affiliate KARK-TV (channel 4). The two stations share studios on West Capitol Avenue in Little Rock, while KATV's transmitter is located near Gravel Ridge, Arkansas.

KATV first signed on the air on September 27, 1953, as an affiliate of CBS. The station was originally owned by Arkansas Television Company, a group of local businessmen led by former Arkansas Governor Sid McMath. KATV became an ABC affiliate in 1995, after the network disaffiliated from KTHV (channel 11).

KATV is the most-watched television station in Arkansas. The station's newscasts are consistently rated number one in the Little Rock market. KATV also produces a number of local programs, including the morning show Good Day Arkansas and the public affairs program In Focus.

In addition to its main channel, KATV operates a number of digital subchannels. These subchannels include KATV Plus, which carries classic television shows and movies; KATV Weather, which provides 24-hour weather coverage; and KATV Kids, which carries children's programming.

KATV is a member of the Sinclair Broadcast Group, one of the largest television broadcasting companies in the United States. Sinclair owns or operates over 190 television stations in 89 markets across the country.
