Westampton Township is a township in Burlington County, New Jersey, United States. As of the 2010 United States Census, the township's population was 8,635, reflecting a decline of 732 (-7.9%) from the 9,367 counted in the 2000 Census, which had in turn increased by 921 (+10.8%) from the 8,446 counted in the 1990 Census.

The township was established as Westampton Township by an act of the New Jersey Legislature on March 7, 1850, from portions of Northampton Township. The township was named for Westampton, Sussex, England, the birthplace of some of the township's first settlers.

Westampton Township is located in the Rancocas Valley region of Burlington County. The township is bordered by the municipalities of Pemberton Township to the north, Mansfield Township to the east, Hainesport Township to the south, and Mount Holly Township to the west.

The township is home to several notable landmarks, including the Historic Smithville Park, the Rancocas Nature Center, and the Westampton Library. The township is also home to several schools, including Westampton Elementary School, Westampton Middle School, and Westampton High School.
