Supportive Concepts is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to providing support and resources to people with disabilities and their families. The organization was founded in 1998 by a group of parents and professionals who saw a need for more comprehensive services for people with disabilities in the community. Supportive Concepts has since grown to become one of the leading providers of support services for people with disabilities in the greater Sacramento area.
