**PIDC Philadelphia** is a private, non-profit economic development organization that works to create jobs, revitalize neighborhoods, and improve the quality of life in Philadelphia. We partner with businesses, government, and community organizations to implement a variety of initiatives that promote economic growth and opportunity.

**Our work** focuses on four key areas:

* **Business attraction and retention:** We work to attract new businesses to Philadelphia and help existing businesses grow and thrive. We offer a variety of services to businesses, including site selection assistance, financial incentives, and marketing support.
* **Neighborhood revitalization:** We work to revitalize Philadelphia's neighborhoods by investing in infrastructure, housing, and community development. We also work to support small businesses and entrepreneurs in these neighborhoods.
