The Occupational Safety and Health Review Commission (OSHRC) is an independent agency of the United States government that adjudicates disputes between employers and employees over workplace safety and health issues. OSHRC was created by the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970 (OSH Act) to ensure that workers are protected from workplace hazards and to promote safe and healthful working conditions.

OSHRC has three main functions:

1. To adjudicate disputes between employers and employees over workplace safety and health issues.
2. To issue orders requiring employers to comply with OSHA standards.
3. To assess penalties against employers who violate OSHA standards.

OSHRC is composed of three members who are appointed by the President and confirmed by the Senate. The members of the Commission serve six-year terms.

OSHRC has jurisdiction over all employers who are subject to the OSH Act, including private sector employers, state and local government employers, and federal contractors. OSHRC does not have jurisdiction over maritime employers, who are covered by the Longshore and Harbor Workers' Compensation Act (LHWCA).

OSHRC's decisions are final and binding on the parties involved in the dispute. However, parties may appeal OSHRC's decisions to the United States Court of Appeals for the circuit in which the dispute arose.
