The National Council of Examiners for Engineering and Surveying (ncees.org) is a non-profit organization that develops, administers, and scores exams for engineering and surveying licensure in the United States. NCEES also provides professional development programs for engineers and surveyors.

NCEES was founded in 1920 by representatives from the American Society of Civil Engineers, the American Institute of Mining and Metallurgical Engineers, the American Society of Mechanical Engineers, the American Institute of Electrical Engineers, and the American Institute of Chemical Engineers.
