MRDA - Minnesota Rural Doctors Association is a member-based organization made up of physicians, students, and others dedicated to improving the health of rural Minnesotans; ensuring access to quality health care for all rural residents; and enhancing the quality of life for rural physicians and their families. The mission of Minnesota Rural Doctors Association is to promote, enhance, and sustain the health of rural communities and their residents by fostering a supportive environment for rural health care providers

MRDA serves as an advocate for rural health care at the state and national levels, providing continuing medical education opportunities for rural physicians, and supporting the recruitment and retention of physicians in rural communities. MRDA also works to raise awareness of rural health issues and promote policies that support rural health care.
