Knueven Creamery is a small, family-owned and operated creamery located in the heart of Wisconsin. We specialize in producing high-quality, handcrafted cheeses using traditional methods. Our cheesemakers have a passion for their craft, and it shows in the delicious, award-winning cheeses we produce.

Knueven Creamery was founded in 1923 by Swiss immigrant John Knueven. John's dream was to create a creamery that would produce the finest cheeses in the land. He started out with a small herd of cows and a few simple cheesemaking tools. Over the years, the creamery has grown and changed, but our commitment to quality has never wavered.

Today, Knueven Creamery produces a wide variety of cheeses, including cheddar, Colby, Monterey Jack, and Swiss. We also make a variety of specialty cheeses, such as flavored cheddars, smoked cheeses, and cheese curds. Our cheeses are sold in stores throughout the Midwest, and we also ship our cheeses nationwide.

In addition to our cheesemaking operation, Knueven Creamery also offers a variety of other products and services. We have a retail store where you can purchase our cheeses, as well as other local products. We also offer tours of our creamery, so you can see how our cheese is made.
