Admission Averages Fall 2022 : r/UCalgary - Reddit
For early admission you would have to maintain your average you had in grade 11 in the first and second sem of grade 12. In standard, you have to maintain your average for next semester. Usually once you’re in they don’t take away the offer only if you’re like failing or something.

Reddit.comWas UofC worth it? : r/UCalgary - Reddit
Nov 12, 2022 · Did 6 semesters at uofc and hated every minute of it (mostly due to the program I was in, but also 90% of my profs were brutal). I'm at mru now and I'm enjoying it way more. Can totally depend on your program and what type of person you are though. Absolutely not worth it.

Reddit.comWhat is it like taking a course during Spring/Summer semester?
Nov 14, 2022 · The lectures are really long and boring and hard to sit through personally. And the content moves really fast, so it’s easy to fall behind. Depends on the course if it’s online. If you don’t take any classes for summer semester you can get july august off. Theoretically you should have time to work in spring too.
Reddit.comFall 2023 Competitive Averages : r/UCalgary - Reddit
Apr 12, 2023 · Fall 2023 Competitive Averages. Amazing to see grade inflation finally coming to an end. Just a couple years ago everything was in the mid 90's it seemed. I think neuroscience was legit 99 or something insane like that.
Reddit.comUofC Faculty of Nursing Review : r/UCalgary - Reddit
Jan 4, 2021 · I don't think uofc is an awful school, but I felt that this program was lacking in some areas. I was fed up with their disorganization and lack of support. However, the teachers/instructors are pretty cool, our simulation labs are really nice and I liked how there was a focus on evidence-based practice. Add a Comment.
Reddit.comuniversity of calgary after degree nursing : r/UCalgary - Reddit
Aug 5, 2022 · Honestly Nursing is probably one, if not the hardest program to get into at uofc. A GPA of 3.7 is competitive but, honestly you are either just on the bubble to be accepted or you are not. With your 3.7 you are probably closer to being rejected then accepted with at 3.7. I have a 3.7 too. I applied last year.
Reddit.comWhat is your favorite thing about the UofC? : r/UCalgary - Reddit
Jan 14, 2012 · For me, my favorite thing about the uofc is all the opportunities the university has. It's not such a huge university so that all the clubs, teams, study abroad opportunities, etc. become so overwhelming you don't know where to start. But it is not so small that it is hard to find five other people to start up a club about vegetables.
Reddit.comWhy does everyone hate UofC? : r/UCalgary - Reddit
Of course, school is just part of it, you will have a great experience if you want to. But the more “comprehensive” schools could give different experience, say uofA, UBC, UT, where most of their faculties(sci, Eng, business,) are top ranked in cad (Maclean) and many students live on campus, uofA(8k), UBC(14k), UT(10k) vs uofc(3k).
