How do I update the firmware on my Hub One router?

WEBJun 10, 2021 · You can’t update it, it’s done remotely by Plusnet. If you factory reset it by pushing a paperclip or similar in the reset hole and keeping the switch closed by about 30 seconds it will reset itself back to the original settings. If the hub is properly registered in the Plusnet system this should trigger a firmware update in the next day or so.

Is it worth upgrading from Hub One to Hub Two router?

WEB12-02-2022 11:12 AM. I can upgrade the router for £6.99 but I'm not sure if its worth it. I'm not sure if its related, but I currently have issues with the internet dropping out and some areas of the house don't get very good WiFi but the latter is probably due to steel beams. Any thoughts? Labels: Hub One.
