The Junior League of Cincinnati (JLC) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization of women committed to promoting voluntarism, developing the potential of women, and improving the community through the effective action and leadership of trained volunteers.

The JLC was founded in 1901 and is part of the Association of Junior Leagues International, Inc. (AJLI), which has over 150,000 members in over 290 Leagues in four countries. The JLC is governed by a board of directors and has a staff of six full-time employees. The organization is headquartered in Cincinnati, Ohio, and has a membership of over 600 women.

The JLC's mission is to improve the lives of women and children in the Cincinnati area. The organization does this through a variety of programs and services, including:
