JFF (Jobs for the Future) is a nonprofit organization that works to ensure that everyone has the skills and opportunities to succeed in the economy of the future. We believe that all people have potential, and we are committed to helping them reach their full potential.

JFF was founded in 1990 by William T. Grant, the founder of the William T. Grant Foundation. Grant believed that the key to a successful economy was a well-educated workforce. He founded JFF to help create a more equitable and prosperous society by investing in the education and training of workers.

Today, JFF is a leading voice in the field of workforce development. We work with businesses, governments, and educators to develop and implement innovative solutions to the challenges facing our workforce. Our work focuses on four key areas:

* **Education:** We work to ensure that all students have the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in college, career, and life.
* **Workforce development:** We help businesses and workers develop the skills they need to succeed in the 21st-century economy.
* **Policy:** We advocate for policies that support workforce development and economic opportunity.
* **Research:** We conduct research to inform our work and to identify the best practices in workforce development.
