Information Policy Centre (IPC) is a non-partisan, not-for-profit research institute focused on information policy issues in Canada. IPC was founded in 2007 by a group of researchers and policy experts who were concerned about the lack of public debate and understanding of information policy issues in Canada. IPC's mission is to conduct research, publish reports, and engage in public dialogue on information policy issues to inform and empower Canadians.
