IndusInd Bank Limited is a new-generation private sector bank which was incorporated on 3rd April 1994. It is headquartered in Mumbai. IndusInd Bank, a well-diversified bank, offers a wide range of banking and financial services. The Bank serves a wide customer base comprising large, mid-sized and small corporates, and retail and high net worth individuals throughout the country.

The Bank commenced its operations on 18th January 1995 with two branches. As on 31st March 2022, it had a network of 2,236 branches and 2,723 ATMs spread across the country. The Bank has four representative offices abroad, located in London, Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Muscat. The Bank is listed on both the BSE (Bombay Stock Exchange) and NSE (National Stock Exchange) and has a market capitalization of Rs. 97,192.33 Cr. as on 31st March 2022.
