The East Central Humane Society (ECHS) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to providing shelter, care, adoption, and other services to animals in need. ECHS is located in Clinton, Oklahoma, and serves the surrounding area. The organization was founded in 1997 by a group of volunteers who were concerned about the large number of stray and abandoned animals in the area.
