Denali Borough is a borough in the U.S. state of Alaska. As of the 2020 census, the population was 1,826, making it the second-least populous borough in Alaska. The borough seat is Healy. The borough was created in 1990 from part of the unorganized borough.

The borough is named after Denali, the highest mountain in North America. Denali Borough is located in the central part of Alaska, and is bordered by the Yukon-Koyukuk Census Area to the north, the Southeast Fairbanks Census Area to the east, the Matanuska-Susitna Borough to the south, and the Yukon-Koyukuk Census Area to the west. The borough has a total area of 12,296 square miles (31,848 km2), of which 12,110 square miles (31,367 km2) is land and 186 square miles (482 km2) is water.
