CPP Investments™, previously known as the Canada Pension Plan Investment Board, is a professional investment management organization that manages the assets of the Canada Pension Plan (CPP). Headquartered in Toronto, Ontario, with offices around the world, CPP Investments is responsible for investing the funds not needed to pay current benefits of the CPP. At December 31, 2021, it had approximately C$550 billion of assets under management. CPP Investments is governed and managed independently of the Canada Pension Plan and at arm's length from the federal government.

CPP Investments invests in a broad range of asset classes, including public equities, private equity, real estate, infrastructure, and fixed income. It has a long-term investment horizon and a focus on generating sustainable returns for the CPP. CPP Investments is a global investor with investments in over 40 countries.

CPP Investments was created in 1997 as a Crown corporation to manage the assets of the CPP. In 2006, it was renamed CPP Investments to reflect its expanded mandate to invest in a broader range of asset classes. CPP Investments is a member of the International Forum of Sovereign Wealth Funds (IFSWF) and is committed to the Santiago Principles, which are a set of voluntary guidelines for the governance of sovereign wealth funds.
