CBC Decatur (Central Baptist Church) is a Christ-centered, missions-focused church in the heart of Decatur, AL. We exist to magnify the worth of Jesus Christ, making disciples, and multiplying churches among all nations.

CBC Decatur has a rich history dating back to 1820. The church has been a vital part of the Decatur community for nearly two centuries, and we are committed to continuing to serve our city and the world for many years to come.

We are a diverse and welcoming church, with people from all walks of life. We believe that everyone is created in the image of God and that we are all called to follow Jesus Christ. We are committed to creating a safe and loving environment where everyone can grow in their faith.

We offer a variety of ministries and programs for all ages, including Sunday School, Bible study, youth group, and children's programs. We also have a strong missions program, and we support missionaries all over the world.

CBC Decatur is a member of the Southern Baptist Convention and the Alabama Baptist State Convention. We are also affiliated with the Cooperative Baptist Fellowship.

We are located at 1720 E Moulton St, Decatur, AL 35601. Our worship services are on Sundays at 8:30am and 10:45am. We also have a Wednesday night Bible study at 6:30pm.
