C40 Reinventing Cities (C40) is a global network of nearly 100 mayors of leading cities around the world committed to mitigating climate change and driving urban action that reduces greenhouse gas emissions. C40 works with cities to develop and implement policies and programs that promote sustainable urban development and climate resilience, including initiatives related to transportation, energy, buildings, waste management, and water management.

C40 was founded in 2005 by then-Mayor of London Ken Livingstone and is headquartered in London, UK. The organization is governed by a steering committee of mayors from around the world and is funded by a variety of sources, including membership fees, grants, and donations.

C40's work is divided into five main areas:
