CAEMC.UT.EE is the homepage of the Center for Applied Electromaterials of the Institute of Technology, University of Tartu. This center was founded in 2002 by merging a group of electrochemistry researchers and the former electroceramic research group of the University of Tartu Institute of Materials Science.

Its main research interest is the development of modern functional materials, electrochemical technologies, and systems for electrochemical energy conversion and storage. This includes the study of technologies and materials for efficient and sustainable energy production, storage, conversion, and use. Research is carried out at three levels: basic research, applied research and development, and cooperation with industry leaders.

The center's research focuses on the following areas:
